Janet Cheetham - Founding Shareholder, Board Member

Janet is a founding shareholder and Board member of NetSieben Technologies. With extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, Janet has proven her ability in building new teams and functional areas, turning around problem areas and the development and delivery of growth strategies. Janet has worked with multicultural teams across Asia, implementing regional marketing and sales strategies, and providing consultancy to a number of channel partners.

Janet has held a number of senior positions including National Marketing Manager for Mitsubishi Motors Australia and General Manager, Strategic Transformational Project & Communications & Marketing Systems for Singtel Optus, Australia.

In addition she has held positions at British Telecom (BT) World wide including Head of Marketing & Product, Asia Pacific & Japan. She was successful in the acquisition of global customers such as BHP, Merrill Lynch and National Australia.

Janet is a vital member of the Board with a unique mix of skills in marketing and business. She is known for her clarity and understanding in meeting customer needs and her passion for making a difference through innovation and creativity.

Anthony Ah Koy - Founding Shareholder, Board Member

Mr Ah Koy is a graduate of the University of Auckland, New Zealand, and holds a Masters Degree in Commerce. Mr Ah Koy is a founding shareholder of the Datec Group, a Nasdaq and TSE traded technology group with a South Pacific focus. He has filled roles as Country / General Manager for Datec Group's largest operating companies in Papua New Guinea and Fiji. Datec Group is a leading provider of high-quality information and communications technology (ICT), with business units involved in systems integrations, managed services, communication systems, and professional services solutions, in Australasia and the South Pacific Islands. The Group is headquartered in Auckland, and employs approximately 400 people in its eight South Pacific country offices: Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Fiji, Samoa, Vanuatu, Tonga, and the Cook Islands.

Alan French - Board Member, Founder

Alan French joined the Board after serving as CEO of NetSieben for the past five years. He has an impressive track record in senior management and international business relations. He has demonstrated his ability to lead large corporations and successfully implement new strategic directions and company objectives.

Alan helped grow the company into a successful business, establishing NetSieben as a company which provided excellent specialist network security services and high end technology.

With his impressive record and demonstrated success in both start up and established corporations he will be an invaluable new member to the NetSieben Board.

Andrew Useckas  CISSP, JNCIS - Board Member, Founder

Mr Useckas is responsible for the overall strategic direction and growth of NetSieben's Technological product mix. Over ten years, he has consulted to many corporate IT leaders such Sprint PCS, AT&T Broadband, Siemens UK, Tiscali (Italy and Germany) and Williams Communications. Andrew has been at the forefront of the network security industry for many years, a highly sought after expert in network security, and highly skilled programmer who has been able to combine his network security talents with his programming skills to develop cutting edge security applications

Andrew brings to NetSieben a distinguished 10 year career in network security. He manages the security and infrastructure for NetSieben's highly complex IT network. Andrew identifies management infrastructure and works to increase the overall effectiveness of the security program and the engineering, deployment and support of multiple IT security systems such as firewalls, network and host based intrusion detection/prevention systems, AV systems, security event consolidation/correlation systems and forensic. He also has extensive experience with risk management methodologies and the actual implementation of risk management strategies based on disciplined assessment.
